Is there anything like, right time to eat fruits?

We all know that fruits and vegetables are good for health, but do you know eating fruits whenever you like really does nothing to your body. Fruits are meant to give our body necessary vitamins and minerals which in turn protect our body from various diseases. The fruits not only give you a glowing skin, but a healthy body. It also increases your immunity to live a long happy and contented life, for that you should know more about them.


So what is the right time to eat them? Is it morning, evening or at night?

The best time for eating depends up on one's requirement, so for example if a person wants to lose weight he or she can have fruits before meal. The high fibre content in

fruits can make you feel full after eating which in turn helps you to eat less. They have very little calories when compared to its weight, so people aiming at weight loss can have them before a meal.


People who crave for sweet after a meal can substitute it with fruits as they have low calories and also provide you with other nutritional value. In this way you can avoid excess calories which lead to complicated diseases. Berries could be a better option for sweet carving persons.


Add more fruits to your diet as they are do more good than harm. Dried, fresh or frozen fruits whether in desert or salad are always loved by people of all ages. Fruits whether eaten before, after or in between are always beneficial, so add more fruits and vegetables to your diet and stay fit and healthy.
