Women, after 30 watch out your calcium intake.

After 30 a woman needs to keep a constant check on her health. They are more prone to depression, calcium deficiency, depression, hormonal imbalance etc. The most serious one is calcium deficiency.

For some it starts up with pain in leg, some feel very tired and for other bone loss. In my case it was pain in leg, which i could get hold of what the problem was? I simply beard the pain for at least one year as i was not able to understand what the reason behind the pain was.

One day the pain became so unbearable so that i decided to consult doctor, but there too confusion started as i was not getting clear idea which specialist i should consider?

Then somebody recommend me to an Orthopaedic. Doctor after a thorough check-up told me that it all started due to calcium deficiency. He advised me to have calcium tablets daily to supplement the need for calcium.

So i would recommend each and every one who has crossed their thirties, have a yearly check-up to take care of your body and include calcium rich food in your diet.

  • Raw Milk

  • Kale or Hari Gobhi

  • Sardines (with bones)

  • Yogurt or Kefir

  • Broccoli

  • Watercress or Chansaur
