Earlier people use to be more healthy than today's generation as they used to do all types of physical work.

 

They never went to gym nor they used to worry about weight, but now people are always with mobiles, television and junk foods, as a result no physical exercise which indeed results in obesity and diseases related to it.

Food is also alternated to most extent, so we don't have any choice. The junk food has taken the place of nutritious food, which is shame. 

The importance of balanced diet is limited to texts only, neither kids nor their parents try to get rid of their habits.

The right amount of fibre, proteins, vitamins and minerals, people are least bothered about it.

Veggies have totally lost their place as junk has creeped up.
