Milk is the first thing that comes to our mind when we think of calcium. It is the most easily available source of calcium, but do you that there are other superfoods which are as good as milk?

Yes, soya milk is also a better alternative as
it also has high amount of calcium. Almond and Bananas are also rich in calcium though we add them to our diet for vitamin E and later for proper bowel movement.

Radish and sesame seeds also have good source of calcium.
Calcium builds healthy bones and teeth and ensures your muscles, cells, and nerves work properly.
