The body should be active with lot of water inside and blood flow uniform. The stress can cause lot of harm to your organs, so always try to be happy .
As i have observed a lot of people around with symptoms of diabetes, one thing i can say is happiness is the key to any disease. What i can analyze is those who get up early in the morning, do exercise such as walking or yoga, then follow a proper diet really fight diabetes to their best.
One of our neighbour who was diabetic lived till 80 years without any complications as he followed healthy lifestyle so had no complications, but at the same time we have some other severe cases were legs were being removed so that infection doesn't spread further, heart attack, kidney failure and sight loss.
We can learn a lot from people we surround learn from other's mistakes, get inspiration from people who battle all the odds with right courage and strength, "that is life"
