I have Redmi Note 3 smartphone which is considered as beast of all smartphones among budget phones. I am a proud owner of that. I loved to explore all of its features. One such feature is fingerprint which comes handy while unlocking it, for protection i locked all my apps including messaging and contacts.

But somehow one day the smartphone couldn't recognize my fingerprint and to add upon that i forgot the pattern also? I was totally struck, didn't know what to do? I forgot the mi account password also.

It was the best learning experience to me as i was not getting the right idea as what to do? I first tried to figure out any option is available among settings. It was of no help, then i turned to my Mi account and requested for new password. They sent me the password also; since my message app was locked i couldn't read the message. I was completely lost.

I tried each and every method through which i could unlock my apps but was totally in vain; at last i decided to go for factory settings. I could neither do that also. The last option left was mobile repair shop, so i went there and told the whole story. They told we need to reset the whole thing. I simply agreed, but they also failed due to some server issue.

I was thinking for the right solution the whole night, suddenly something struck my head and i grabbed my husband phone, inserted my sim which was registered with Mi into it, then applied for password again. This time there was no chance of any problem creeping in. The reset password verification code was in inbox. I entered that in my Mi site. I was accepted and promoted to change the pattern, which i did successfully.

Then went to setting and then applock, removed all the locks enforced on my apps. The mission was accomplished. It was just a great relief.

I would like to conclude by saying that solutions are always simple it is we who make them complicated. Be calm and take right decisions.
